Position: Insurance Broker
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated insurance broker to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service, a deep understanding of the insurance market, and a desire to help customers protect what matters to them, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Negotiate with different insurers to obtain the best options in terms of coverage and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and ensuring rigorous follow-up of files.
• Ensure the renewal of insurance policies and propose adjustments according to customer needs.
• Respect the standards and regulations in force in the insurance industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

Profile wanted

• A property and casualty insurance broker’s license issued by the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in the insurance sector, an asset.
• Oriented towards customer service and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of insurance software and common IT tools.
