What You Will Do
Establish, maintain, and strengthen trusting relationships with potential clients, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Analyze insurance needs and formulate tailored recommendations aligned with clients' realities and challenges.
Implement prospecting strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Develop proposals, present solutions to clients, negotiate terms, and ensure agreements are finalized.
Contribute to achieving, and even exceeding, growth and retention targets.
Develop and maintain effective collaborations with partner brokers, clients, and their business environments.
Provide regular follow-up with of the clientele in order to remain present, anticipate needs, and support their evolution
Design and implement an annual action plan consistent with the department's orientations and priorities
Actively participate in various business networks and events (chambers of commerce, committees, associations, etc.) to increase visibility and expand network
What you will bring
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in property and casualty insurance, particularly in brokerage or business development (an asset)
A valid AMF license
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English to interact with clients and partners outside Quebec
Excellent interpersonal skills Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ease in negotiation and the development of lasting business relationships
Possessed strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and rigorous prioritization skills
Have a good understanding of insurance products and the applicable regulatory framework
Proficient with computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and management or CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent, an asset)
Occasional travel required throughout Quebec

What You Bring
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in property and casualty insurance, particularly in brokerage or business development (an asset)

Full professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) to interact with clients and partners outside Quebec
