Advisor / Assistant in Personal Insurance – Customer Service

We are looking for an Advisor / Assistant in Personal Insurance – Customer Service who will play a key role in supporting clients and managing the administrative aspects of personal insurance files.

The Role

• Support clients in setting up and monitoring their insurance protections;
  
• Complete insurance proposals with clients and product specialists;
  
• Coordinate underwriting requirements (medical exams, follow-ups with insurers);
  
• Ensure follow-up of files until the issuance of contracts;
  
• Process service requests (contract changes, beneficiaries, updates);
  
• Maintain complete files that comply with regulatory requirements.
  

The role is performed under the supervision of responsible advisors and in compliance with the regulatory framework of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).

Desired Profile

• Valid AMF certificate in personal insurance;
  
• Minimum of three years of experience in life insurance, disability insurance, and critical illness insurance;
  
• Great administrative rigor and attention to detail;
  
• Excellent organizational skills;
  
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
  
• Bilingual in French and English.
